I further acknowledge that the practitioner, Denise Norberg-Johnson, does not at any time act as, or in place of, a veterinary professional or attempt to guarantee behavioral or physical changes.
I accept that the messages contained in the written session transcript are relayed directly from the animal, and may not align with my own beliefs or goals, and I understand that the animal may choose not to alter behaviors or desire medical treatment.
I fully assume any risk related to the session on behalf of the animal and hold harmless Denise Norberg-Johnson and Defyning Moments, LLC, from any claims related to the process.
